A course does not end with its final lesson. SULIA wanted a continuous path from first interest to becoming a professional people can find in their own area.
SULIA’s courses, shop and mentoring were spread across Shopify, MentorTools and several other providers. Every service had its own limits, handoffs and ongoing cost. An idea for the learning experience first had to fit the rules of multiple external systems.
Working closely with the team, we brought the public academy, the participant area and the administration into one connected platform. People can discover an offer, enrol and keep learning in the same place; the team can run and evolve it without stitching together several providers.
Learners follow one coherent path. Behind it, the team can design the handoffs that make sense for its education offer.
Public pages explain courses, further education and mentoring, introduce the tutors, answer practical questions and invite a consultation. A prospective participant sees who an offer is for and where it can lead.
The shop, checkout and access rules connect purchase to a real place in a course. Participants do not have to navigate a chain of unrelated accounts and emails.
A personal workspace holds lessons, video, interactive workbooks, live sessions, progress and certificates. Community discussions, messages and tutor contact make the experience more than a content library.
Graduates can maintain a profile on the Fachfrauen map. Visitors search by location and radius, specialisation, availability, online service, language and experience, then open a profile and make contact.
Below it sits a product for participants and the SULIA team. These views show how the offer, learning and administration connect.

The admin is the operating room for a working academy, not a CMS bolted to the side. Content, people, access and day-to-day processes are visible together.
The platform now serves more than 550 active participants across seven courses, three further education programmes and mentoring offers. One team can keep the offer, learning experience and day-to-day operation moving together.
The Fachfrauen map gives graduates a route into practice by making their profiles discoverable. The product therefore continues beyond the sale and the classroom.
