Bianca Spermann is Florian’s sister and the founder of SULIA Akademie. They are close. For Florian, the platform is more than another project: it supports the work of someone he knows very well.
SULIA offers training for women accompanying people through pregnancy, birth and family life. The digital brief reaches beyond an attractive course page: help people find their way, support learning, keep personal guidance accessible and give the team a workable daily environment.
Built around a real working academy.
Separate tools. One connected ambition.
Courses, the shop and mentoring were spread across Shopify, MentorTools and other services. New ideas had to fit several systems. The aim was to shape the learning journey itself.
A platform of its own.
Website, course access, learning content and administration were brought together. In 2026, the platform moved to its own hosting environment and the public academy address moved away from MentorTools. Existing content needed to survive the transition.
Organising what has grown.
Public pages, the learning space and administration share a common design. Navigation, workbooks, support and operational workflows are considered as one connected product.

Prospective learners compare training routes and meet Bianca and the team. They need clear information about content, structure and support. The website supports a decision, not merely another click.

Participants need a clear next step, accessible materials and somewhere to ask questions. Learning should fit into everyday life while preserving personal contact.

Bianca and the team manage content, support people, process enquiries and oversee operations. The admin follows these tasks rather than a collection of unrelated plugins.

The website connects initial interest to a suitable learning route. Catalogues, detail pages, the course finder, consultation, mentoring and resources share a visual identity. Its structure leaves room for people who have not yet made up their minds.

Interactive tasks, reflection and feedback sit alongside lessons and video. Content, work and support are considered together. A workbook is a product interface, not simply a download link.

Website copy, offerings and course structure need to be manageable day to day. Custom development creates space for new workflows rather than fitting every extension around another product’s limits.
Lavender and flowers, with a purpose.
The identity combines pale lavender, warm paper, plum and botanical layers. Bodoni Moda supports the narrative; DM Sans keeps navigation, learning content and dense workspaces readable. Flowers accompany the public pages. Dashboard decoration steps back to keep the next action clear.
Looking good is the beginning.
Behind the interface are course structures, roles, access rules, protected materials, video delivery and saved learning progress. Administration adds publication controls, separate drafts, traceable changes and concurrent editing. Design and reliable operating rules need to work together.
