Scope

These terms govern use of the FLOMORO website operated by Florian Strobel. They do not replace a project-specific proposal or contract. The site is an information and inquiry service; it does not offer online checkout or conclude a service contract when you submit the form.

Using the site and sending an inquiry

Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation. Information in an inquiry should be accurate enough for us to reply and should not contain unnecessary sensitive data. We may respond by email, phone or the contact channel you choose. An inquiry creates no obligation to commission a project or accept a proposal.

Project work

Scope, deliverables, price, applicable taxes, schedule, payment, revisions, rights and cancellation terms are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement before paid work begins. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If you are considering a project, ask for the terms that apply to that particular engagement.

Availability, content and links

We aim to keep information current and the site available, but may update content or interrupt access for maintenance. Project examples describe work at a particular point in time. External websites are governed by their own providers. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not permit a limitation.

Law and contact
