Data, purposes and legal grounds

When you send a project inquiry, we receive your name, email, project goal, selected service, budget and timing ranges, and any optional website or message you provide. We use these details only to answer your inquiry and discuss a possible project. The legal ground is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

The hosting service processes technical request data such as IP address, time and browser information to deliver and secure the site. Protecting the site against misuse is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). If a project becomes a contract, invoicing and statutory records may be processed under contractual and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). We do not use inquiry data for newsletters or automated decisions.

What you need to provide

Name, email, project goal and the form's required selections are needed to answer a form inquiry; without them the form cannot be sent. Optional fields may be left blank. Please do not submit health, payment or other sensitive data through this general form. You can also contact us directly by email or telephone.

Recipients and transfers

Vercel hosts the website and handles server requests. Resend delivers the inquiry email to our mailbox; the mailbox provider receives that message. These service providers process data for the operation of the site and communication. We do not sell your data. The providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Vercel and Resend state that they participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and use EU standard contractual clauses where applicable. Their data-processing terms are linked below; you can ask us for information about the safeguards relevant to your inquiry.

How long data is kept

We keep inquiry correspondence while answering and following up. If no project results, we review it and delete it no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless a legal claim requires longer retention. If a contract results, business and tax records are kept for the applicable statutory periods. Hosting and email providers may retain technical records according to their own processing terms.

Browser storage and cookies

The inquiry form keeps an unfinished draft in this browser tab's session storage so it survives a refresh or language change. The draft is deleted after a successful send and expires after seven days. It is not sent until you submit the form. We currently use no analytics or advertising trackers and set no such cookies. Fonts and illustrations are served by this site.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at contact@flomoro.com; we may need to verify your identity before disclosing data. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es. These rights apply subject to the conditions in the GDPR.

Other contact channels

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or a linked third-party website, that provider also handles information under its own privacy policy. Using WhatsApp is optional; email and telephone remain available.
