How much of it is actually yours?
Business in View is our own financial workspace for self-employed people in Spain. It started with a question that invoices, receipts and quarter-end made surprisingly hard to answer. We turned it into a product connecting numbers, their sources and the next useful step.

Business in View
Your whole business. Finally in clear view.

We just wanted to get our own finances in order.
Creating invoices was possible. So was collecting receipts. But what had been paid, where did an expense belong, and how much cash was already spoken for? The answers were scattered across tools and files.
We looked for an affordable solution suited to our daily work as self-employed people in Spain. Conversations with other independent workers brought similar questions and wishes to the table. That shaped Business in View: less piecing together, more connection.

For people running a business. And doing the bookkeeping in between.
The focus is self-employed people in Spain: people who deliver services, issue invoices and make their own decisions. They need more than extra charts. They need clear answers: what is open, what is confirmed, and what needs attention?
Cash in the account is not all cash to spend.
Money can already be in an account while being set aside for taxes or other commitments. The interface separates confirmed cash, reserves and the amount remaining after them. Assumptions stay visible.
Simplified example with fictional amounts. Not a tax calculation.
One receipt. One connected process.
The product starts with an individual transaction. The wider overview should grow from it, without repeatedly asking for the same information.

Give the document a home.
Originals have a dedicated place. The inbox brings together documents, review status and potential duplicates. A configured AI connection can suggest details.
Keep a person in the loop.
Suggestions stay distinct from confirmed records. Amounts, allocation and evidence are checked before posting. Uncertainty stays visible.
Keep the connection.
Confirmed records connect with expenses, payments, contacts and reports. A number should always have a short route back to its source.
From the whole picture to an individual record.
These screens show the current public sample workspace. Each area has a specific job. Choose a view to see the decision it is designed to support.

Start with what needs attention.
Available-after-reserves, next steps, income, costs and open invoices provide an entry point. Details remain reachable from the overview.
Public demo · Fictional sample data · Product interface in German. Changes stay in the browser tab; nothing is sent or filed.
The important decisions sit beneath the interface.
AI suggests. People confirm.
Automation should make review easier. A suggestion does not silently become a confirmed transaction. Manual review remains possible without a configured AI connection.
Issued records stay issued.
An invoice, a later payment and a correction are different events. Historical content stays traceable rather than being overwritten with each change.
A number needs a source.
Private original documents, review states, connected records and a traceable ledger form the foundation. The overview is the readable surface of those connections.
The website promises clarity. The workspace has to deliver it.
The public site tells a larger story through translucent layers, bright blue and cyan, and a warm orange counterpoint. Inside the workspace, the same identity becomes quieter. Clear surfaces, readable states and direct routes to records give the work room.

What you can explore today. And where it stops.
Business in View is an in-house product in development. The public website introduces the idea; the dashboard demo opens a fictional workspace without an account. It illustrates the connections rather than providing full product access.
- Payments and cash are entered or confirmed manually. Automatic bank synchronisation is not implemented.
- The described tax views cover supported EUR/general-IVA paths in Spanish common territory. Reserves and estimates depend on confirmed records and settings.
- No official tax filing, universal tax coverage or measured time savings are claimed. The benefit is the product objective, not a reported customer result.
Our own question became an entire product.
Business in View connects product thinking, visual identity, document workflows and a traceable flow of information. The aim is a calmer working day: less copying and searching, with a clearer view of what comes next.
